Melody Patterson Dead: Actress Of 'F Troop' Fame Dies At 66
Patterson wrote and directed a play at the age of five.
She met the actor James MacArthur after both were cast in the 1968 movie The Angry Breed, and they later married.
She attended the Hollywood Professional School and later studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.
She wrote and directed her first play at 5 and appeared in several stage productions before enrolling in the private Hollywood Professional School for ninth grade.
She appeared in other plays such as House of Blue Leaves for the , and played the part of Peggy in written by , and directed by her then-husband Charles' son.
