She left our finished drinks and appetizer plates on the table during our dining, and it took her a long time in between courses to come to our table.
That being said, service was great, the food was outstanding, and the complimentary bread pudding with vanilla I've cream was great, and a very nice gesture! The donburi are lunchtime faves, while the beer and sake menu are snob-proof.
The owners of Bombay Cafe closed their longtime vegetable-only restaurant to focus on a new Indian street food restaurant situated in a larger space just down the street.
