Claire Gordon died peacefully on 13th April 2015 in a nursing home in Acton, aged 74 years; she was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour in December 2014.
He got Ms Gordon to sign it as she became increasingly ill, claiming it would save her money.
Ms Gordon appeared in cult films including the 1958 farce I Only Arsked! They each denied conspiracy to defraud and fraud at Southwark Crown Court.
